　　我校计划在5月下旬举办线上小学部插班生家长课程说明会，有意插班入学的小学在读一至四年级的学生家长，欢迎您报名参加说明会，以了解相关课程、学业规划及具体申请流程等信息。如您希望参加，请您在5月20日前，扫描以下二维码，或至我校官网首页，在线提交《学生信息采集表》。

　　我们会根据您提供的联系方式，发送会议链接，邀请您参加线上说明会。2019年12月以后成功提交表格的家长，不需要重复提交。
